Norma is the most rude, most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered, and she would definitely benefit from some customer service training. Especially, if she is in a management role, as she claims. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time and money at this location.

Food is always ice cold and stale. I know it's McDonald's but I mean at least sell warmish food. Also orders usually come out wrong and looks like slop again I know it's McDonald's and not to have much expectations but sheesh do better. Also staff if beyond rude.
