McDonald's service was good but they have to do something about their french fries. They are so thin and hard you can use them for darts in a blow gun

This McDonalds is extremely slow and last time I was there I got a slightly burnt chicken sandwich without sauce. Sometimes the cashiers are friendly but that's where the customer service ends. The food is usually cold too and the people act like they don't care at all. It's disappointing because it's just down the road from me but I will go the extra miles to go the Mayfield Rd one in Mayfield Heights where the line can be long but the food is fast and hot and they always talk to you with a smile on their faces.
