Just wanted a happy meal for the kids. It took 20 minutes, not an exaggeration. Multiple cars just left without food or were unsure where tonwait for food because the parking lot was an unorganized mess. It's sadly not the worst experience so far, but definitely top 5. Kids did like the food, but not the wait. Understaffed like many service places in covid times.

This is the second time I've come here way before closing time and they say they are closed, are they getting paid to tell people the are closed and not working?? This is ridiculous! I'm coming here 1 hrs and 15 min and was in line behind 2 other cars and we all had to pull away being told they are closed. I can't wait for the McDonald's down the street to open this one sucks :(

So let me start by saying this: this is a McDonald's. So the bar is pretty freaking low. I am very low maintenance when it comes to fast food joints, especially cheap ones. You screw up my food? Oh well. You forget to give me my sauce? Aw man, guess I'll have to go without. I've worked in fast food before, so I give a LOT of slack.
