McDonald's in Richmond

I ordered a triple cheeseburger with no onions and a double cheeseburger and a large fries and two sweet teas first I pull up to the window the gentleman that appear to be in the grill area was at the window I told him to call his manager he rolled his eyes and pointed she’s in the back I said well can you call her iam missing a item he said I was doing too much another crew member came she did try and resolve the issue I notice my fries was not hot and and I asked for fresh fries the gentleman from the grill then said what is her problem he then went to the other team members discussing the situation and started to say way you mad while I discussed with the manager my problem though the manger was trying to resolve my issue because there was no receipt having upon payment issues there was so much confusion I had to tell them to reprint receipt to fix the problem the gentleman started hollering and making signs with his hands I don’t understand what kind of behavior this is in a fast food establishment this boy behavior was unacceptable I will attach a photograph to the email the gentleman thought this was funny to him and a playing matter very unprofessional I will not recommend anyone to go to this McDonald ever the service was disrespectful and very unprofessional and beyond rude I will never come back to this McDonald’s If I couldn’t I...

Rude drive thru cashier! Horrible

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a caramel frappe for my girlfriend. of course they said we couldn't get a caramel frappe but the reasoning behind it is plain stupid. they told me "that they had already cleaned the machine for the night and that they didn't wanna put more ice in it" just because you cleaned the machine doesn't mean you can just not serve it. i then drive to the McDonald's down the road by the KFC to get a caramel frappe and got the same answer but this time was told "it is broken" other then running around trying to grab a caramel frappe the spicy sandwich was good and the fries were OK. but what do you expect from a McDonald's they never have anything working 12/27 @9:34pm 48°F its a little cloudy out and the moon is in its waning crescent faze
