Went through the drive thru around 7pm on 1/19 and was given seltzer water instead of sprite, when I went inside to get a new drink the manager had the audacity to tell me I cant refill my drink if I went through the drive thru. He was completely rude, never apologized for the inconvenience or offered anything complimentary. Thankfully there is a Bojangles down the street that knows a thing or 2 about customer service.

Who doesn't love an occasional Big Mac ad fries.? The staff was great. It's a McDonald's ... Pretty much the same everywhere on the US.
