Absolutely horrid!!! We waited for forever because we could not back out to leave. Not one person came on the intercom to take anyones order!!! Cars waited and they ended up just driving off! The guy finally came on the intercom and said " y'all can go home and make your own food! Y'all got freezers full of food" and was cussing at the cars on the intercom!!! TRASH! Unprofessional! Needs to be SHUT DOWN! They locked the doors so no one could go inside. We waited 45 min in the car line because we had to wait until we could drive off. The workers inside were on their cell phones walking back and forth! Absolutely DISGUSTING! Poor excuse of a McDonald's. Zero work ethic. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life because the only service they provided was cussing at customers through and intercom at drive thru and tell them to go home. This is inexcusable.!!!!!!
