I ordered and was told to pull straight ahead at 5:53p.m. I had to go in and was told all of the orders had been sent out. I didn't get the food until 6:20 p.m. my grandson was so upset. Now I know why it takes so long for Uber eats. This happened to three other people besides myself.

I waited in line for over an hour with a line outside the parking lot. For McDonald's to consider this management good is a very inconsiderate action on their business. When we got to the window they said that their cashier and their credit machines are down and no orders can be taken. 1125p 4-10-2021. it was 2 hours before closing time they just did not want to make any orders. I wish this McDonald's was like the one in Southside Richmond where they cater to the influx of people a little bit more. McDonalds should fire their management here. I offered to give cash in hand double the price and they still refuse me and Everyone behind me. From the locals around here they say this is a normal routine for this McDonald's to do on every Friday and Saturday ni...
