McDonald's in Richmond

This is the slowest McDonald’s ever. I have never sat through such a slow drive-thru line. It was so slow that we tried to go inside to order only to find out that they were closed (has not been the case the entire covid time). We drove to a different McDonalds and probably got our food and home before the people that took our place in...

It seems every time we come to this location we always get parked to wait for our order and it always seems to be that we're waiting for just fries not burgers or anything like that just fries, so we get parked but every one else that has been in like waiting for orders gets their food and yet we sit in the numbered parking spot for fries while our burgers and chicken nuggets are ready and handed to us. I refuse to go back to this spot.

Well first I ordered my mail at 6:00 supposed to be here at 6:20 via Uber. Then McDonald's cancels my delivery.   Sorry call McDonald's and talk to a lady who's probably lying when she told me her name but said her name is Gina.   This happened Sunday September 12th at 6:51 p.m. And when she answer the phone she said Whataburger I said is this Whataburger or McDonald's.   She been said oh no sorry we had people calling and didn't want to talk to him so we said Whataburger.   I will never order from this McDonald's again this is not the first issue probably the third.  I will also be calling Uber and filing a formal complaint and probably canceling my Uber subscription to this one McDonald's which I'm sure Uber won't be happy.
