McDonald’s has became more about making money, and less about customer satisfaction and customer service. It’s impossible at ANY McDonald’s to be given enough time at a drive through in the country to even ask for a packet of ketchup. They hand the bag to you and close the window. 90 % of the time, a person can’t even get the total coat of their order until they’re at the window, waiting to pay.

7am on a Saturday morning we pull up to this McDonald's and we sit for 2-3 mins and no one takes our order....we drive around and there are plenty of employees in there and no one will acknowledge us! We drive around again and still nothing. Then we drive around and this RUDE employee is letting some others employees in and we kindly ask if they are open and she just snips as us and says NO! Online says it's open,there is no signage stating it is close and no one had the curtious to let us know they are not open. And as we pulled off another car was pulling up to the drive thru..... I wish we could have warned them! Absolutely not acceptable since we were patient and ignored and then was given attitude!!!
