My caramel macchiato was served to me in the drive thru window and who ever made it had made a mess to the point my straw insertion had just made a bigger mess of coffee all over the place and my hands were sticky and disgusting and they shook up my drink when it's suppose to be in layers of everything...bad experience but other times were better...just need to slow down an watch what ur doing next time...

No matter how loud or clear you try to be when ordering, they get the orders wrong. Five times now during past week. The correct information is on the receipt ALSO. Wouldn't go there if it wasn't nasty weather and/or close. Just be sure your order is received correctly before you leave window or get too far away.McDonald's app was down on 12/7/21. Been trying to contact support to get my rewards points that should have been earned, 600. Keep getting message at something went wrong and try again. Five times now!
