McDonald's in Ardmore

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Me and my husband went to the drive thru at this McDonald's around 7:40am Monday January 24th. It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there. When we finally gave our order, Egg McMuffin with no cheese and hotcakes and sausage, she just went blank, not a "Pull around or total". We proceeded to drive around no knowing which window and pulled to the second window. She asked if we had a big breakfast and organge juice?? Which was probably a car in front of us that pulled off because of the "Customer Service". Instead of her either aologizing and asking us what we had she gave a look and twisted up her face and then said, "Well, what did you have?" What?? It's wasn't our fault the car in front of us pulled off. After that she rolled her eyes, closed the window, still not saying anything and went back to get our order. When she finally opened the window to give it to us, she gave my husband the change and said "here you go". Not thank you for waiting, not sorry for the confusion, no thank you. We will NEVER go back to this McDonald's again. She does not need to be in customer service. So rude and dissrespectful. But now that I see the rest of the reviews I know that this is just this McDonald's MO and know we were not the only ones this has happened to here.

Not bad had to remind them of my mcflurries but other than that great service
