So if it's an ice cream cone or a savory milk shake your after you can just go right on past because their machine is always down

I gave this McDonald's a one because of customer service. When I went there on a Sunday evening about 8:00 I was told that I could not order at the counter. I was told that I must order by one of those machines they have. I think that if this McDonald's was totally invested in customer service they would allow older people like myself to pay at the counter. I left after being told that I could not order at a counter so I really could not sample their food
