Ordered 2 Qtr Pounders ket only, got one ket only, one everything except ket. How in the world did they mess up this bad?

Order through the mobile and everything went perfect. Fast service and people were nice. Would recommend this McDonald's. BTW, the place was jam packed and very busy and they still had fast service.
