This is the only McDonald's location I have ever had problems with. For whatever reason mobile orders are too difficult for this location. I will drive up to Holman Road location even though this one is closer. They have wasted my time twice.Imagine putting in a mobile order before leaving your house, driving 5 minutes to the store, selecting drive thru on the app, waiting your turn for about 5 cars, getting to the speaker.....reading your 4 digit confirmation code. Having the teller tell you "there are no mobile orders" you check your phone confirm the address and repeat your 4 digit code to be told again "there are no mobile orders".....so I drive thru and as I am passing the window some other employee screams at me "what's the number!!!" I just drove off.....after all, if there are no mobile orders in the system then it doesn't matter what my number is. I made sure to buy from McDonalds competition both times. Now I just pretend this location doesn't exist.
