The morning shift is fast efficient and friendly! They get the long line of cars through the drive through fast! However, the night shift disappoints. My disappointment only grew when, I drove through late one night after a long 14hour shift at work. I ordered a burger with no ketchup and no cheese. I got home and into my PJs, but then bit into a burger that had both ketchup and cheese tho the sticker on it said NO ketchup, NO cheese. I called the manager. I gave her all the info on the receipt, and she said I was lying cuz she couldn't find the receipt on her end and refused to replace the order. I was so upset, I had no meal to eat, I was called a Liar, and the manager was unwilling to replace the meal. I drove right back in my PJs to show her my receipt, the burger, and to demand a ref...
