They've messed up my order thrice in person, and had to get refunded all three times. Each time I've given them a benefit of the doubt that maybe it was too busy, or maybe it was just a one time thing. Im ordering one last time, not by choice this time, but because doordash won't let me choose a different location. If this store gets it wrong again so god help me.

The lady here needs to get a different job she is rude and tried to give me old tea and didn’t want to fill the door dash order she works night and said they can’t make no tea cus they were closing but they r open 24 hrs

This is the best McDonald's in Houston. The drive through line always has a long line but don't worry it always moves quickly. I've never have to ask for napkins or condiments there always in the bag. It's really like being in a McDonald's commercial. The food is hot and even put together with some care it seems. The employees greet you with a smile and always thank you for coming.
