I used the app to pay for My meal, like I do every morning. When I arrived to the pay window the Employee asked me to pull forward to the next window (pickup window). I was in told I needed to pay for my meal which I showed them it already came out of my bank account and made me pay again. Thinking it would just put a temporary hold in my account this is not what happened. The employee then gave me my original receipt for the original amount but charged my card for more without any of the app discounts and kept that receipt. Order number 24 on 02/18/22 at 920am. I do not live near the store and it is impossible to get any feedback back.
