my friend and i went to mcdonald's twice and both times we had terrible terrible service. both times we saw multiple people being ignored and ended up leaving without ordering because of the terrible service. my friend and i ordered and after twenty minutes of us waiting they said my order wasn't in their system. my friend and i wanted it to be our breakfast place but now we're gonna move to dennys or starbucks bc this place sucks. they only care about the drive thru crowd

This place has slow service and you have to ask for everything such as ketchup and artficial sweetner for the tea. Really? Are they going broke?
