We had someone named Dianna take our order at the drive-thru, and it's been a long time since I've experienced someone who was so abrupt and impolite in any setting. I know it's a customer service job, and perhaps she was rattled after dealing with an earlier rude customer, but why take a customer service job if you're going to behave so poorly without any justification? I asked her if she could perhaps use a more polite tone, and she just gave a rude gesture and slammed the window. Not cool McDonald's.

Waited to enter the restaurant at 7am, as the front door says they open. They just looked at me and when I asked a worker who walked outside what time they open, he said 7am but they didn’t have enough workers to open the front, despite there being 4-5 people I saw. He then told me to go to the speaker and order despite me not having a car. So I left

The McDonald's on Kirby is trash I go get a smoothie almost every morning and it's always a large either it's halfway full or a gap at the top of the cup they don't charge me half but give me half the drink then I go for lunch one day I get molded bread cheese not melted on the sandwich my sandwich is fixed sideways literally everything hanging off one side of the bread the fries cold the only to expect to be good during lunch is the drinks that's it Terrible they need to do better don't eat here you don't have to worry about covid worry about catching food poisoning from here instead
