I was there when the menu changed from breakfast to lunch I still got my breakfast sandwich and my brother-in-law got his lunch sandwich they went above and beyond thank you

ACTUAL STAR RATING: 0I can't speak to the cleanliness of the interior of this McDonald's located at the Terrible's Chevron and McD's since I've never been inside. I know the outside area is pretty grungy looking, but hey, it's a busy gas station and the only quick place to grab a bite on the go. We've passed by this restaurant (and I use the term "restaurant" very loosely) a hundred times and more to and from Laughlin and all points Arizona and beyond.I would never insult people based on their weight, size, girth, dress, or anything else physical as others have done with their reviews of this McDonald's. But I will say that the food here is, without a doubt, the absolute worst quality that I've ever had at any McDonald's, anywhere. And I only had one bite (that I had to spit out) of my wife's Egg McMuffin! Which, by the way, was the only item she ordered when we were here this past Sunday.As bad as the Egg McMuffin was (and it was atrocious), I had to take guff from my wife when the girl at the window asked for $5.08 FOR A SINGLE McMuffin! Yeah, you heard me right, $5.08 for an Egg McMuffin? I know I haven't been to McDonald's in many years, and I know prices have gone up from the $1.29 I remember. But $4.99 plus tax?...
