Come here often. Usually through the drive thru, but it's still a good place to get food from. Usually, their customer service is on point.....but SOMETIMES if you visit at night and it's only your vehicle and someone else's in drive thru and they STILL MESS UP your order. Even if it's as simple as "Plain"/"Meat and Cheese ONLY"....

This evening at Houston McDonald's (Eldridge & Beechnut), a clueless & inept cashier kept messing up my order & expected me to pay. I JUST wanted 2 McChickens. I repeated my order 5 times & pointed at the Menu 3 times before I swore. POOR TRAINING & Not too bright. Rest of the restaurant was quickly producing food. Cashier was example of poor training, short handed, poor candidate, & young supervision.
