Ambience. A Service. A Food/ drink. A Price.  A Self service monitors and full wall tablets to enter order.  Cool.   Don't really deal with staff unless to give your finished drink. Ordered a best seller black sugars fresh milk with boba. And added jelly! Nicely filled with lots boba and jelly.  Brown sugar adds right amount of sugar without overly sweet. I'm a fan! Total came to $6.88

We were I the area and decided to walk the expansive Westfield Southcenter Mall. We were checking out the boba spots and decided to give Meet Fresh a try. They're probably more of a Shaved Ice / Asian desserts place but they have a small selection of boba drinks and we only wanted a Milk Tea. So we got a Milk Tea (oolong tea base) with light ice and half sugar. The shop is nicely laid out and very clean.  They have plenty of booth seating. If we're in the area again this will be one of our top choices; especially if we want a dessert.

Absolutely terrible terrible place. We spent 20 minutes in line, ordered 6 things, just to have our order unceremoniously cancelled a few minutes later. Why did they cancel our order? They were missing a single ingredient, and the system's fallback was just to cancel all of our items. The people behind the counter were also incredibly unhelpful. Not only did they not empathize with our annoyance, but they also refused to do anything to help. Apparently, and maybe this is less of a criticism of the workers more of the system, they are so beholden to the electronic ordering system that they couldn't do anything about it. No substitutions. No alterations. They couldn't even just exclude the one minor missing ingredient or make our other orders. Not sure why their ordering system is so trash, but at least have a decent fallback when your program fails, yeah?
