I don't know what people are complaining about. I've lived in India for 25 years and travelled the world for 7 more years and this is right up there in the spectrum of good Indian food. Everything is cooked to perfection and served with care.

Was visiting with my family for the weekend and decided to try Mela, as we LOVE indian food and saw this place had good reviews.How did it get good reviews we will never know! The servers were super nice and the space is beautiful. The food was super bland and way too spicy. Tasted like canned tomatoes. We sent the veggie Thali back because it was too spicy. They were nice and didn't charge us. The yellow dal and mango lassi were the only edible things we enjoyed. Save your money and go elsewhere for Indian food. If this is your first indian food experience I am sorry and please keep trying different places because indian food is supposed to be flavor...

Fantastic Indian Cuisine at Mela Indian Restaurant ( Mela Indian Restaurant ). Once again, most reliable review from Yelp - Amazing ambience, courteous staff and delicious food. Surprised to see Vegetarian Thali on Saturday night that too with Un-conventional curry packages. ????
