The owner is a very kind man. My first time there, I went with my girlfriend. The owner noticed that we were new so he offered free shots to us, he even took a shot with us. We just felt very welcomed and the food was outstanding. I've been back there probably 30 times since that first encounter and I've never been disappointed cents.

Meh food, Me'lange positions itself as a fusion restaurant but lacks the depth and breadth of a cuisine - falling short of many other Viet restaurants in the city. I went for the Melange Traditional Soup (Hue Meat Lover Soup / Bun Bo Hue) and found it to lack the seasoning and flavor that you would expect or want out of a soup. The restaurant is also painfully slow, I waited ~1.5 hours for the order and it was simpl not worth the wait
