I have been here multiple times and tonight was a huge disappointment. First Our take out order was 30 minutes late and I had to return to the restaurant twice to pick up our food. 1/2 our order was sitting on a counter getting cold. Went last night at 5:30. we ordered 4 dinner menu items, the server returned to tell us that 2 Of the 4 are not available. Chicken Pho was "out" - Pork sandwich was "ruined". At least half the menu was not available. Should have left. The Shrimp Pho was excellent. The Meatball Pho was not edible and the meat tasted as if it had fake smoke flavoring. The Saigon fries ($14) should cost $6 max. Tiny portion. Wait staff are young and inexperienced with zero attention to detail - they won't refill your water etc. Weak showing for sure.
