Review is about customer service only. When we first moved to Altoona stopped in for some froyo. The teenagers working were talking and not paying any attention to us. Tested a flavor and it wasn't frozen so wet cream got everywhere and I needed several napkins to try cleaning up the spill. The people working saw and continued to ignore us. At that point we walked out.

Went here with a friend he had no idea what to do. He stood and waited for staff to put there phone down to ask but they seemed angered when he finally said hey what am i supposed to do good icecream poor staff

Paid a friend to take me to Menchie's today. I just had surgery and I wanted it! Got there and no lights on. Just a hand written note on the door that read, "Due to inconveniences, we are closed till later." What the hell does that even mean? You guys lost a customer today due to unprofessional non- service.
