We actually did end up coming back because the employee reached out and apologized. And was extremely mature and nice about it. So although last time was miserable this time was very pleasant.

This place is amazing! We went Sunday 6/28 at 8'ish and the young man who helped us was as sweet as can be! I can't help but smile when I walk in the door to see him or Giselle! ... and your peanut butter is phenomenal! Thank you!

Open during SIP. Froyo at Menchies was not horrible but was not one of the best Froyo I had compared to other places I have gone to. *Pros: -Friendly staff/good service -A lot of flavors to choose from -Had a sanitizer pump, required for everyone to use before touching the froyo machine handles/spoons for the toppings ***TIP: I still like to bring gloves just incase -Good selection of toppings *Cons: -This one might be a picky thing and maybe hard to maintain as the day goes by...but the toppings were not as fresh. The crunchy toppings didn't have a great crunch, the fruit/popping boba tasted like left over toppings, the mocha had a stale fluffiness to it, not sure if that makes sense but just overall did not taste fresh -Toppings station was dirty, it would be nice to maintain the cleanliness throughout the day *Parking is decent. There are seats and tables outside to eat your froyo
