I've been ordering from this place through the pandemic but stopped by in person for the first time the other day. Let me level set by saying that so far this is the most decent ramen I've found in Seattle. I'm still on the lookout for better places but haven't found one yet. That said the ramen here is pretty good. The noodles are well prepared and the flavor is generally right. Main issues I have are the broth is a little salty yet lacking a strong flavor. It gives that classic heavy pit in the stomach feeling. They give less meat than ideal as well. Put in context vs ramen I've had in LA and Japan and I'd say this place is passable and definitely better than a lot of the junk I've had in Seattle but still looking for a place that really hits the spot. The takoyaki appetizer was pretty good though. Let me be fair and say the service here is very good and attentive but the space is not large so expect a wait. Ambiance is decent as well but nothing crazy. Overall it was fine but likely won't find myself craving it too often.

I was in Seattle and was craving ramen with my partner and so I saw Tiktok raving about the ramen here! It looked promising and the atmosphere of the place was nice. The menu was fairly simple and easy to go through. I decided to get the miso ramen and my partner got the original tsukemen. We also got the chicken karaage which was absolutely delicious. The presentation of our meal was pleasing to the eye. However, it wasn't up to the hype. The miso ramen's broth was less miso and more corn. It was disappointing to say the least. My partner's Japanese so they are more critical than I am when it comes Japanese food. They said the tsukemen was average, nothing special. Does not beat Kizuki or Arashi Ramen. With all that being said, the customer service was wonderful. The waitresses were so nice and attentive. Honestly, I wouldn't go back again but if you're just craving some ramen regardless, this would be a nice spot.

The red ramen (spicy) is the best! I love coming here on a rainy day (quite often here in Seattle) and getting a bowl of their spicy ramen. Their dipping ramen is delicious, but I'm a huge fan of their original ramen! The black and red ramen is a great flavor too, but make sure you like garlic! Definitely recommend this place!
