Honestly 5 stars! We came for my best friends 30th birthday and it was great. Excellent service. We got the calamari, the vegan burger bowl and the salmon! We also enjoyed blackberry jalapeño margaritas we got a $50 voucher through booking with Sedona Air Guidance Groupon, it was awesome. Talk about a $22 dollar birthday dinner!

I am an out-of-towner (Michigan actually), traveling singly, but seriously considering a move to AZ, and as I was wandering around Sedona looking for a Farm-to-Table restaurant for lunch, I happened upon a gem at Mesa Grill Sedona. The views of course are spectacular, but the FOOD. WAS. INCREDIBLE. I ate my entire plate - the Crab Cake Brunch. The entire thing! Granted I just came from a 3 hr hike at Bell rock, but still. I never eat my entire meal at a restaurant. The soup that came with was delicious and the salad...oh the salad...so so good. (I am a bit of a foodie)I had a delightful conversation with the gentleman behind the bar, as well as the manager Mark, who accommodated a very specific and special request of mine, which I won’t go into here, but he was flexible and accommodating. Very nice people. Highly recommend. I will be returning. No question about that!Thank you for a wonderful meal and atmosphere!
