Returning to Pearland after 3 days of tuning rhe Guadalupe. Needed to satiate the enchilada desire so we pulled over at Mesquite Mexican Grill in Sealy.The place was incredibly packed for 2pm on a Sunday. However, we were immediately greeted by several servers and got our order quickly taken.Out kids like tacos but one is a crispy aficionado and the other is tacos al carbon. Server navigated their exclusions/additions well. My wife and I ordered enchiladas.Pickled jalapeños were awesome and the beef enchiladas were a Tex-Mex delight. Lots of gravy just the right amount of cheddar cheese abs packed with beef.Really enjoyed our meal and the servers was fantastic with our kids.A great place to eat that we will add to our stops when traveling I-10.
