Thank you to Mexico Restaurant for providing free meals to those affected by the government shut down. I joined my husband's work team met here for lunch one day last week and was pleasantly surprised. They had a special paper printed out with the free menu on it. I chose to get a quesadilla which came with lettuce, tomato, and a small thing of sour cream. I asked for more sour cream and she brought it to me, but later we realized that there was a $1 upcharge! What on earth? I can get a whole vat of sour cream from the grocery store for $1. Besides that, I enjoyed my quesadilla. The rice could have been a little better, but I wasn't really expecting a lot. In the end, I was pleased and I would come back!
