I've been going to Mi Chong's for Chinese takeout since I was in college in the 90's. It's a consistent go to for anyone living in the West End. Is it the best Chinese food I've ever had? No, but it's not the worst either. The food is good and the location is convenient. Why didn't I give it four stars? There is nothing inviting about the store or the way the staff acts that makes you want to go back. Pay for the food, wait, here's your food. A little friendliest goes a long way.

I just ordered Mi Chong's delivery and it was horrible. The food is average and the delivery driver was extremely rude. He did not bring a pen for me to sign a receipt, there was no fork or sticks with my food, and he seemed as if he was bothered I gave them business. I will never go back.
