I never have Guizhou cuisine before so today I decided to try it with friends. The ambiance of the place is not so great. Small restaurant with not so much decor. Food was definitely authentic.  I had the lamb noodle medium spicy and it's super spicy already , so if you can't eat spicy, definitely don't order medium.   Or order the non spicy and add the satay chili from the table. (They have like 7 different condiments spice on the table.) My lamb soup was good and they are generous on the meat.   We also ordered the beef tendon but my friends didn't like it so much. They gave us plastic tea spoons with the meal and it was  a challenge to eat the soup with tea spoon.  It would be nice if we had the the regular soup spoon to eat with. I guess it would take me a couple more time eating Guizhou cuisine in order to say if I like or not. But if you want to give it a try, you should.

First time here, and after I order the cashier told me they raised the price for all the beef, lamp, but they don’t notice the price change on the menu and it’s little bit overpriced, other than that everything is good

Finally got to try Mifen Prince a second time. First time was just before the covid shutdown in 2020. The food was just as tasty as I remembered. It seems to be real rustic Chinese food. The medium spice level was pretty tasty, although I could take a touch more heat. If you don't speak Chinese there is a bit of a language barrier. But if you catch the chef/owner while she's in you'll get plenty of enthusiasm.
