I wasn't sure what to expect when I first looked Migoto up: the recent Yelp reviews were good, but my friends who lived nearby said they'd tried it a few years ago and thought it was "sub-par." The menu has standard Japanese fair (donburi, assorted nigiri and sushi rolls) but the prices seemed higher than average. I wasn't sure if it was going to be a small, casual diner or a fancy sushi bar. Luckily, it was right in the middle. And the food was good! The interior is small but has a surprisingly good amount of tables (around 10) and a sushi bar. It it has the feeling of moody bar, dimly lit and decorated with tall birch branches lit by white fairy lights, blue green and red LEDs, walnut wood with black accents. They were playing gro...
