We got the matcha red bean bingsoo, and it was okay but was too sweet. The mochi and red bean was nice, but I felt as if there was too little of the toppings. The staff weren't particularly friendly, and the space looked like it hadn't been cleaned that day (wiping tables, pushing in chairs, etc) after customers cleaned up/put their trays away themselves in the self service place. There was also a lot of unnecessary plastic utensils. That said, it's a giant portion (would be nice to have smaller portions for a cheaper price...

This second location had opened in the CID Seattle during Covid times. So good on them for surviving this far. I was excited and couldn't wait for this Bingsoo/shaved snow dessert cafe to open for a while since the first location in Edmonds was rather far to go to. The interior was nice and clean. Once you get past the top layer there really isn't much flavor. Presentation is there but definitely needs more flavor in the center/bottom. Had to ask for more condensed milk.
