This is a HUGE New Orleans restaurant packed into a friendly neighborhood hangout. Luckily it’s my neighborhood. I have not met one stranger here. I can’t call my favorite because it’s ALL good but I can highly recommend the Fried chicken but the Seafood platter is also great! OHHHH!!! I forgot about the pork chop dinner. Very yummy as well. You will not be disappointed.

I have been to New Orleans twice and yes the food their is good and I do love spicy, however because of medical condition I'm not allowed to eat that much spiciness anymore even though I sneak it in during a blue moon. When I went to Mimi's New Orleans Cafe, the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I looked at the prices and was like ok gotta be good with Mimi showing the confidence. The onion rings were very delicious, but the Shrimp and crawfish Etouffee was phenomenal.
