I had ordered lunch from here once with coworkers and loved the Pad Thai. Plus, the portion size was so large I had lunch that day and leftovers for the next day. I told my husband about how good it was, and we decided to order dinner from here tonight. Hands down the best Asian fusion food we’ve had here in Colorado (and I’m a native). We ordered the Sesame Chicken and the General Taos Beef combo meals and there was so much food! All of it was delicious and we didn’t have a single complaint. Ming's Asian Fusion is the best! I highly recommend the Thai Green Curry and the Yushan Tofu. All whole family loves their food. We were so happy when they reopened in Arvada. Right now they are to-go only.
