We love Mint Thai Kitchen! It is about 5 minutes away from our apartment and we get take-out quite often. It is very consistent and delicious each time. We usually get the Pad Thai, its a great sized portion and we either get it with tofu, beef, or pork. They do offer it without egg for a vegan option. Never had a bad order of it. We also love the Tom Kha Gai which is a coconut milk based soup with lemongrass, mushrooms, cilantro and other spices. Comes with chicken but we get it with tofu sometimes. Great soup option. The green curry is also very delicious. Perfect portion for one or to split with two people. The yellow curry is a classic choice as well. We usually get an order of egg rolls for the kids, they love them. All option you can choose your own spice level. We usually do a 2-3 and it is more than enough. Always great service and they have allowed dine-in recently. Great for any Thai dish on the menu!!
