Hands down the best dirty chai. And hubby likes his hot cocoa with 2% milk. We live about 45 minutes away and this is always a treat when we drive in. Call order ahead and usually ready within 5 minute. Staff is usually nice. The only thing as it is with the times, it seems a little pricey.

Space: This coffeeshop is on the smaller side. There a few tables outside on the patio and about 3-4 small tables inside that can fit 2 people at each table. However, don't expect to fit a big group here! There are some booth seats and some chairs. Because of the small size, it's not the best place to work or study. Service: Friendly baristas! Price: Competitive price to other coffee chains. Small black coffee around $2.50. Coffee drinks around $5. Parking: Can be pretty difficult in this area. There are some neighborhood parking nearby a couple streets down (always watch for tow and "no parking" signs!), otherwise paid street parking. tl;dr a cute little shop to grab some good coffee or pastries. Parking can be hard, not much space to study. Has outdoor seating.

Minuti coffee is excellent. The dirty chai is unmatched. But l’m giving 4 stars because they charge a $1 extra for milk alternatives. To have a medium dirty chai made with almond milk is almost $8, and made with regular milk is ~ $6. That’s REALLY expensive, and it’s essentially penalizing people for having a lactose intolerance.
