Amazing katsu!!!! They cook it brilliantly and it's not too oily. I got the flounder katsu with sashimi rice, and my friend got flounder with caviar rice. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back. The caviar spicy oysters were also delicious.

The owner stops you and asks for 15% tipWent with my parents for lunch, 3 lunch special menu came out to around ~$54 total. Overall, the lunch menu was well-balanced, decent price and good.Without much additional help received, I put down $6 tip for grand total of 60. As we were walking out, the owner nudged the waiter staff to stop my mother and asked for 15% tip in a weird-gentle manner.I wasn’t sure if I should feel embarrassed or embarrassed for the waiter who went outside of his comfort zone to ask us - and if this was a new thing.
