This review is a couple of weeks overdue, but it's definitely necessary. We finally got down to Akron to try Missing Falls and we're not disappointed by the beer, food, or environment. There's a ton of space to bring groups to watch games or play darts. There are plenty of really good beer options, and the pretzels are insanely good. Let me repeat - you MUST try the pretzels! My pictures won't do them justice, because we'd already tore into them before I remembered to snap a p...

If you go to a brewery for good beer, there are a few. If you go to a brewery for excellent beer, Missing Falls shouldn't be missing from your list. Truly excellent beer, carefully brewed, the taste speaks for itself. Top that off with good food, gastro pub fare, a little more fun and creative than you may be used to. Couple it with friendly service, some outdoor seating, and Missing Falls is everything it needs to be. A true urban oasis, five stars!

Missing Falls is located in a big refurbished factory that is pretty cool. There's private parking available behind and in front of the brewery and there is a small patio on a strip by the sidewalk. The coolest thing about missing falls brewery are the games inside! They have a lot of games that are free to play, including darts, crokinole, and a bunch of others. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday night - there was no wait to get in, a bunch of tables were open, and there was a retirement party going on, too. Unfortunately R. Shea Brewing is right next door, which has a lot better quality brews, kickass food, and there was a line out of the door for it. This place is average, and it stinks that it's right next to R. Shea - because it's tough not to compare the two. The beer is okay! I got a flight of 4 beers for $10 and it was alright. The service was pretty good as well and the bartenders were knowledgeable about the menu.
