Today's review gets 2 stars just to get your attention.   The food at this place is very good, at least a 4 on every visit.  However, their takeaway service is very close to pathetic, easily 1 star.   We called in the order and were told that in 20-25 minutes we could pick it up.   We arrived in about 10 (maybe 12 ) minutes and it was already on the counter waiting for us.  We live no more than 10 minutes from the restaurant with traffic and our car was nice a warm and toasty from the rider over.  We had our dinners as soon as we arrived home.  NOTHING had any warmth of any kind.  In fact, the ramen and the dumplings tasted as though they were just removed from the fridge.  I can't even remember the last time I had food this cold.  It was terrible. We ordered Spring Roll (requested chili sauce but were given sweet and sour), Gyoza (we order the fried option), for Ramen we ordered the Yummy Chicken, and Pork Katsu.  The dumplings were just terribly cold.  This is the third time we have had the dumplings as a to-go dish.  The first time they were also ice-cold but the last time they were hot and delicious, that's why I give them another try. We also ordered the Yummy Chashu Buns.  One bite and they both went straight into the trash.  We could not figure out how to reheat them. The ramen was just ice-cold broth, the grandson wouldn't touch it.  He ate the noodle and was finished.   The Katsu should have had promise but it arrived looking like a bowl of rice with a couple of strips of bacon on top... there were NO signs of anything that looked like a battered and fried pork cutlet, no broccoli, and it was ice cold.   I microwaved the rice and it was actu...
