Recently tried a vegan, gluten-free diet, which limited my food choices in Kingwood. Noticed Mod Pizza offered a cauliflower crust pizza option. Was pleasantly surprised by this crust! Was thin and crispy and you wouldn't know it wasn't a traditional crust. They also offer vegan mozzarella, which was OK, but didn't impress as much as the cauliflower crust. Will definitely be back for more if that cauli crust!
