If stale rice is your thing, this is your place. Go here if youre not in a hurry and want skimpy portions. Chips were old. Salsa is free but its barley larger than a ketchup packet size. On the plus side, they have cold water.

Sometimes you come here and nobody is there. I understand staffing issues but it's so inconsistent and they never even leave notes or anything explaining why they're closed or when they'll be open.
