The BEST cauliflower gluten-free crust! It’s definitely thin crust, & it’s a little chewy (in a good way) rather than cracker-crisp. It doesn’t taste at all like cauliflower to me, more like toasted cheese with some seasonings—though if you truly hate cauliflower, you may get a tiny bit of a veggie aftertaste. Comes in 10” & 12” that are true to size, & the toppings cover side-to-side with barely any bare crust at the edges. (For reference, for all my GF buddies out there, I like Banza’s frozen chickpea pizza crust just fine, and cannot even eat the ones from CauliPower, their crust is slimy & gross! So that’s where...

Our UPS driver Jules kept telling us about the salads at Monterey's up the street and every Friday , I buy lunch for the team and we decided to finally give it a try. We all got different salads and it was definitely worthy of the HYPE. Fresh ingredients including the freshest mozzarella I've ever had. So glad Monterey's Pizza came to town , I definitely recommend everyone give them a try . I think we found our new favorite place for Friday Lunches . I even went back Sunday since I had a severe case of the munchies and cotton mouth .
