Great food. Fast service. Large portions. Quaint decor. Reasonably priced......I bring my granddaughters for lunch - they love it. Only problem is the waiters flirt with my granddaughters behind my back. Refil water glasses needlessly. One of my granddaughters thinks the waiters bad behavior is funny, the rest do not. Servers at the Altoona Monterrey Mexican Restaurant need to change the way they act.
