Get there before the dinner rush and after the lunch crowd. It'll be empty. Aside from that time expect a wait.Buffet is still offered but you order it from a menu like the meats.

Service is basically nonexistent. Asked 3 times for some chopsticks before finally getting them. Never did get all of our sides but the meat did seem to come out quickly. Since the sides are brought out by the staff and table space is at a premium, they should put more than one or two sides on a plate. Trust me, the size of the sides would not be crowding a plate if they'd put more on each plate. Automatic gratuity, even on a table of 6, seems a bit greedy. Even more so when it's buried in the bottom of the receipt with the tax, etc.Update as of 2/16: service a bit better but never get everything you ordered. I suggest order extra so you'll get some of what you want. Nice to see the cucumber salad spicy fish cake were actually spicy.

Haven't had Korean bbq in awhile, but let me tell you, Moo BBQ was soooo bomb! We waited about 20mins to be seated. The menu is scanned through a QR code and you order your food through it. We had beef brisket, short ribs and lots of side dishes like rice cake, fish cake, rice paper, squid, and tofu soup. The food was amazing! The waiters were fast with bringing out our items. They always checked in to make sure we had what we needed and our experience was great. Definitely will be going back again. :)
