The service was excellent and the fish was fresh! The rolls were colorful and delicious. I also ordered a Toro nigiri and it was like butter! My only complaint is that the inside of the restaurant is on the small side but it is a good place for a date night if you're in the area,

Excellent choice for pre-game or pre-show dinners within walking of Seattle Center and Climate Pledge arena! They are used to event rushes and got food, drinks, and bills out efficiently so events don't get missed. They have lots of great Japanese / Korean fare to try. Their nigiri quality and flavor are just so good, and I've been meaning to try here ever since Linh's many awesome posts here. I would definitely return and just want to order more nigiri- highly recommend the seared scallop and Uni and I enjoyed their toro. The roll options look fun too but I'm personally staying away from all those extra sauces that blanket these. They do take reservations which we just booked 90 minutes in advance, otherwise you'll probably end up sitting at their bar which is cool too. One negative was their salmon collar which, altho was garnished nicely, arrived mostly undercooked but edible enough to finish in time to head out to the hockey game.

The quality of the fish was high but the quality of the sushi making was sub par. The rice wasn't well formed and tended to fall apart quite easily
