They always put what u say u don't want on it n the cheese for the wafers is always cold n clumpy, the only good thing bout this place is that the owner is awesome as hell!! Just complete lack on employee side, May I suggest getting new employees that care how the food comes out for the customers

I had never heard of Mr. Hero before moving to Ohio and I have to say WOW. It’s delicious! I love the hot, fresh made sandwiches and the waffle fries with cheese on the side are such a guilty pleasure. I have never been dissatisfied with any meal and the customer service has always been great from my perspective. Very filling lunch from friendly people.
