I hate to post this but I feel like it’s time... we have given them MONTHS to improve but they just don’t seem to care and it’s a shame because they have good food. It has CONSISTENTLY been 1-1.5 hours for PICKUP for literally JUST A PIZZA. The grill doesn’t talk to the pizza because any grill food or sandwiches you order are done 20-30 minutes ahead of your pizza and just sit on top of the oven the entire time.... ALL THE TIME. Pizza is consistently behind and I don’t get it how are you waiting for pizza for SO LONG. The portions have gone down hill too... once you finally get your food there are 7 bubbles in the pizza, maybe 10 fries in with the chicken fingers. Like I said we were hoping it was just a one off and we have been waiting months to see a difference, skipped a few Fridays but the service is really terrible. The counter girl is so sweet too but her long hair is CONSTANTLY completely down while she’s making pizza boxes and taking pizzas out of the oven too... not to mention all the food out for ordering per slice on the counter. When I was working in a pizza place my hair had to be up all the time, no exceptions and it seems to make sense.
